I am 73 years old and still work a 3 day week in retail by choice. I am happy living by myself but am open to sharing with two or three women to he able to get rent and costs down. Can be sociable but do like my own space especially after a work day. Non drinker and smoker. My lease is up in March 2025 so would be interested in options towards the end of 2024. The area I'm interested in is from Pelican Waters to Kawana Waters. I have household items so a single room is not suitable for me at this stage. Sharing a larger home is preferable. I love going to the movies, reading, music and my long daily walks in the great outdoors.
