Hi I’m Tracy, 56yrs old, Non smoker, living and working full time hrs in Mackay, Fri / Tues. Looking for a granny flat or to share accommodation with someone. I like my own space and privacy. I am currently renting in North Mackay the rent keeps rising and my lease runs out in February. I am sure it’s going to go up too $430 which is really out off my price range living here by myself.
