Looking to share

Hi everyone.   My current lease expires on 30 June at which time my current flatmate will regrettably be returning to Victoria for family reasons.  At that stage I will be looking for someone to share with either at my current residence (should the landlord choose to renew) or join with me on a lease for a new property on the Sunshine Coast.

I am a pretty relaxed, friendly, young at heart woman in my mid 60s, working in retail approximately 30 hrs per week.  I'm looking for a likeminded employed person who is clean and tidy who enjoys a chat but also respects each other's privacy.
