Just listed on realestate.com website. The unit is not suitable for me as it has stairs but I thought I'd let you know what I know about it as may well suit 2 ladies. This complex was for over 55's when I lived at Golden Beach until late 2013, so it's not the newest build. BUT, BT ladies may have a better chance at success if applying (they have mentioned mature tenants in the ad). The unit bedrooms are possibly somewhat more generous than 'modern builds' & bathroom has bath + sep toilet. Unit has obviously had a re-furbishment. The pool is quite private. The complex is in a fairly quiet location to lots of things with #602 bus on Cooroora St which runs from Caloundra to Maroochydore-
