This is a calm, safe and respectful home — ideally suited to women seeking a secure place to live, with the added bonus of friendly companionship. I have a furnished bedroom available. • Furnished room (queen-sized bed, wardrobes & bedding available) • Own bathroom (not en-suite) • Street parking • Access to kitchen & laundry • Quiet, comfortable home Location The home is in a modern estate close to parks and great walking areas, with pool access and a relaxed community feel. It’s also extremely convenient: • Walking distance to Mango Hill East train station • Easy access to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast & major roads • Close to Westfield North Lakes • Nearby local shopping with cafés, doctor, gym, dental, pathology, restaurants and more • At the back door, have access to bicycle/walking paths around a beautifully landscaped man-made lake (3km walking circuit), parks, BBQ and seating areas, friendly community. I share my home with my sweet dog Finley (cavoodle), so it’s important you’re comfortable around dogs and happy to have him as part of the household.
