A house or unit around Baringa

Hi all, I'm looking for a rental or even a rental to share with another woman, preferably, with a budget of about $450 as close to Caloundra as possible. I've got some furniture and two older cats (Beans & Burrito - it's a good story how they got their names). I work full-time in Baringa (same job for 2+ years), study part-time, am clean, tidy, quiet and very responsible. I'm available from mid-April. Thank you!
