Hi ladies, whilst I'm trawling around I also came across this unit. Again, I am familiar with the complex from when I lived at Golden Beach until late 2013. These units used to be mainly NRAS (National Affordability Rental Scheme) units over these 3 buildings (until they all went back on private rental markets & rents soared), but ones in this building nearest the lake (where this listing is) and with 2 balconies may not have been from memory. The complex shares a rooftop pool (you can see on the photo between the 2 back buildings). There's also a small gym near the pool for residents. This complex is basically walking distance to both Sunshine Plaza (and associated shopping nearby) plus you can walk along the boardwalk & across a bridge spanning this lake & down the block to ALDI so you wouldn't necessarily need a car (but there is parking for 1 vehicle). The main road you can see in the photo is a feeder road from the Sunshine Motorway (and Bunnings/Harvey Norman etc & car dealerships along this road) so its fairly busy and you may get a bit of noise over the water but this may suit 2 ladies sharing so I thought I'd again, give you a heads up.
