I have a room to rent

Hi everyone I have a room to rent I’m 67 old and my other housemate is 51 both of us women. We are looking for 3rd person the house is new and 4 bedroom double lockup garage in a nice area of Morayfield. We are very easy going ladies, not into loud music, or drugs or  heavy drinking. But occasion drink ok for us. We get along great so wanting another to fit in too. Must cleanup after themselves, and be considerate and honest. If you would like to meet only too happy to see you. We have solar and nbn full fibre so great internet and cheap electricity. I have 1 sml dog and 3 budgies, sorry allergic to cats. If your interested please let me know thankyou or know if someone.
