I came to the Better Together Housing info session because I have had a terrible, nightmare situation where I was terrorized by a young female who I leased out the lower level of my home to. She had responded to the advertisement, however unlike BTH there was no police check or support or opportunity or encouragement to meet with her and build the connection before-hand. I have learnt the hard way, which is why I like the concept that being in a safe space, both online and attending in person sessions to be able to build genuine connections because living with someone is a very important decision. I have been looking at this website and Facebook page for some time, but I am so glad that I came along to this session to hear in person what is actually offered. It gives me peace of mind – thank you
