Room Available in Two-Bedroom Unit –Bulimba- Seeking Housemate of Similar Vintage

I have a two-bedroom unit and am looking for a like-minded housemate to share the space.
 
About the Unit:

• Two bedrooms, one main bathroom with laundry, plus a small ensuite in my room. Kitchen/dining room and lounge. 
• Carpet and tiled throughout. 
• A small extra room at the back that can be shared as a workspace—I currently use it as a sewing room.
• Ground floor unit. Plenty of on-street parking. 
•  close to public transport, buses and CityCat. 

Your Room:

• Comes with an electric king single bed  (which will stay).
• Large built-in wardrobe. 
• Air conditioning plus ceiling fan. 

 Shared Amenities:

• Laundry with a brand-new washer and dryer.
• Mobile clothes rack available at the back of the unit.
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and other electric appliances.
• Netflix is connected.

Outdoor Space:

• Lovely garden with an outdoor setting for BBQs or relaxing.
• Grassed area maintained by body corporate every fortnight.
 
About Me:

I’m retired and live quietly, I enjoy a glass of wine with meals or while watching TV. I don’t go out much and would prefer a housemate with a similar lifestyle. I enjoy taking my fur child for a walk and doing my craft. 

 Important Notes:

• Non-smoker only.
• I have a small Cavoodle dog (approved by body corporate), but no other pets are allowed.
• Rent: $300 per week.
• Bond: Four weeks’ rent.
• You will need to be added to the lease.
• Power, water annually, internet, and Netflix costs will be shared.
• Supply own groceries and laundry supplies.
