New share house proposed in Maleny

I am hoping to have a house  available in Maleny in early to mid June. This house is a ten minute walk from town. It will suit a share for four women, with each having their own bathroom and direct access outside. Everyone will feel they have their own pleasant private space.  One woman will be able to have a large granny-flat-sized space with kitchenette. Others are very welcome to have a kettle and toaster etc in their rooms.

There are good sized gardens with raised garden beds already in place. Although in town, the outlook is leafy and green. The house is modern and well decorated, and the large shared area has cathedral ceilings. There is a small fifth bedroom that the four can decide how to utilise. The four will also need to agree how to use the car port and additional on-site parking space. They can agree how to share the rent, taking into account these decisions.  However, it is envisaged that the range is likely to be within the  $270 to $390 range.

I am very determined to make the best use of Better Together to find a group of women who have worked under the guidance of Maggie to create a great share plan.  This is house is intended to provide long term stability.

It will be a couple of weeks before all the legal details fall into place, but in the meantime please make contact with me or Maggie if you'd like to know more, and plan a get together with other interested participants. Although availability is aimed for early/mid June, please get in touch even if you would need a bit more notice. It is more important to find a compatible group than have everyone move in on the same day.
