House mate wanted

Hi there, I have a 3-bed, 2-storey, unit in Maroochydore, close to the Plaza, that I share with my two miniature schnauzers. The spare room is fully furnished, but there's plenty of space for you to put some personal things to feel at home. This room does have a heating and cooling vent, plus a ceiling fan. The main bathroom is rarely used, so you'd have almost private use. However, these rooms are upstairs and not suited so someone with limited mobility. There is some off-street parking, but it's competitive and only easy to get a spot during work hours. I'm offering the room at $350 per week, inclusive of bills. A little about me; I work from home and use the third bedroom as my office. I love music and dancing, but my home is usually very quiet. I travel to Melbourne frequently to see my two kids, and I'm about to become a grandmother. My male partner visits regularly when I'm home and does stay some nights. Other than him, I rarely entertain at home and I'm more inclined to go out to socialise. I am quite neat and keep my home clean, I hope you'd be the same.
