Hi, my name is Deborah, and I am looking for a Flat Mate to share in the Aroona area. I am currently renting in a retirement village in a 2-bedroom property. 

 A bit about me:

I am a clean, tidy, respectable, mature as well as kind and caring. I am not just looking for a Flat Mate but also someone that could potentially become a friend. I would like someone that would like some company but also respects when we need space. I would also be looking for someone who is also clean and tidy.

• Aroona area
• 2 bedrooms
• Shared bathroom, kitchen, and lounge room
• Close to bus stops
• $275/weeks
• Water & electricity shared between us every 3 months
• Food expenses not included
• 1 month’s trial before being added to the lease
• No pets unfortunately
