Break lease opportunity in Mapleton from 22 June 2025

Self contained cabin within Mapleton Cabin and Caravan Park available for rent from 22nd June. This is a break lease situation as I am currently moving into another premises which has nbn internet required for my work. 

Internet connectivity available is Telstra and Optus wifi or satellite which needs to be supplied by the tenant. Connectivity can be temperamental, however, satellite is ok for watching streamed content but not for business purposes, gaming or elaborate functionality. 

The cabin has a semi separate bedroom, built-in wardrobe, loungeroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is an option for it to be fully furnished or you can bring your own furniture. There is a carport for your vehicle and an outdoor patio area which has table and chairs and umbrella.  

The cabin includes air conditioning and hot water. 

Electricity is metered at a cheap rate and is paid each month. 

There is a public laundry available for use which takes coins. 

The cost is $430 per week. 

Would suit a single person or couple who would love to take advantage of the natural wonders and friendly community lifestyle that Mapleton has to offer.
